The Nordic rune 'Svefnthorn - The sleep Thorn Rune' with added flourite, which also aids sleep through mental clarity, focus and emotional balance. Use this rune to fall into a deep sleep, by placing it under your pillow. Sailors often used this rune during storms at sea.
The wood for this rune has been found by me, after much adventuring through deep forests, and negotiations with the faeries! I hand saw the rune, smooth the surface and then use my wood burning tool to carve in the symbol. A thin layer of protective wax is then added, to avoid wear and dirt.
Please note that the size, colour and individual symbol of the rune may change. My runes are cut by hand, are usually around 3.5 - 4cm in diameter and less than 1cm in depth
